user sessions exceed license: Access denied

The following warning message : user sessions exceed license: Access denied appears when you try to login with the same user simultaneously on the Free version of NetYCE or when you have a NetYCE license for only one user account. Is this not the case for you ? Then make sure that you have inserted the correct NetYCE license file including the header containing # symbols.
